01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and ubet1688 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ubet1688.cam.

03Account Eligibility

04Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one active Account only. The Company defines "individual" by reference to name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method, device, and IP address. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to notify ubet1688 promptly of any material changes to your registered information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or banking details.
• KYC Compliance: You must complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Company when requested. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, and a copy of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., bank statement for Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong accounts; screenshot of DuitNow or FPX transaction for digital payment verification).

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ubet1688 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (subject to promotional terms where applicable).
• Accepted deposit methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin BTC, USDT TRC-20).
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified and registered in the same name as your ubet1688 Account. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and transaction history.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated in compliance with applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

06Bonuses & Promotions

ubet1688 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice. Standard validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is capped at MYR 250 (or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Live casino games may have varying contribution rates. • Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each eligible player may claim each specific promotion once unless otherwise stated. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

ubet1688 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to check current promotion terms before claiming any offer.

07Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ubet1688 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Company does not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error, as determined solely by the Company.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or software error during a game or betting event, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

08Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted areas of the platform.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies funded by bonus balances, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform to conceal the origins of funds.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the ubet1688 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of ubet1688 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from ubet1688.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform software.
• Use ubet1688 branding, logos, or trade names for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubet1688 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with this Agreement, including unauthorised account access due to the Player's own negligence in securing login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking institutions, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

The Company's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Account Suspension & Termination

ubet1688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime in connection with the Account.
• Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account notification will be sent to the registered email address. Accounts remaining inactive for 24 months may be closed, with any remaining verified balance returned to the last known payment method on file.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring Account suspension or disclosure.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the Customer Support team via live chat. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

12Responsible Gambling

14Amendments to These Terms

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
